10+ years' experience in Systems Engineering, including delivery of complex Defence, aerospace, maritime or other high-technology programs
Deep expertise in one or more systems engineering disciplines such as requirements management, systems architecture, specialty engineering, or verification & validation
Proven experience delivering systems or subsystems engineering outcomes across the engineering lifecycle
Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and program decisions
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in complex environments
Experience with MBSE methodologies, Agile development practices, Defence capability domains, or test automation approaches will be highly regarded
NV1 security clearance and ability to handle Export Controlled information
