Staff System Engineer – Power electronics
Job Description
We are seeking Staff System Engineers to be key players in a system Engineering team for definition, architectural development and validation of solid-state power device solutions in the areas of computing, Automotive and Industrial.
Experience
with MOSFETs, SiC and GaN devices is preferred.
You are coming from an OEM or semiconductor applications background with 5-10 years of experience in designing and working with power electronics systems.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in a team that looks to shape onsemi’s next-generation power electronics platforms by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive key and strategic design wins for the company.
