We’re searching for a Staff Supply Chain Program Manager to join Aurora’s Global Purchasing & Supply Chain (GPSC) team. Your core responsibility is to drive supply chain readiness through every development stage of our next generation hardware products.

Lead supply chain readiness through the planning and execution of purchasing, supply chain and supplier quality deliverables for the assigned programs. Define and manage supply chain milestones in program timelines considering top-down program constraints and bottoms-up dependencies with key milestones.

Drive BOM clarity by liaising between engineering and supply chain teams to unblock sourcing and material readiness for production, while supporting near-term rapid prototype iteration for engineering.

Manage BOM cost by driving cross-functional with engineering, sourcing, and FP&A for cost reduction efforts towards program cost target.

Drive supply chain resilience by conducting detailed supply chain mapping from prototype to production. Analyze the complete supply chain by defining and measuring performance criteria to support strategic decision-making.

Develop metrics and dashboards to report supply chain readiness and resilience for the assigned programs. Establish appropriate cadence to run programmatic meetings with appropriate level of details for the respective audience.
