Staff Structured Origination Manager

Collaborate with finance to build out the project-level financial models that underpin acquisition decisions and deal structuring, including project IRRs, revenue projections, co-location deal terms, and returns to Antora under various dispatch and market price scenarios.

Evaluate project financing structures (debt, tax equity, sponsor equity) and their interaction with co-location deal terms.

Stress-test deal economics against market price risk, interconnection delays, curtailment assumptions, and counterparty credit.

Collaborate with Finance on investment committee materials and project valuation methodologies.

Build and maintain relationships with renewable developers, IPPs, and project owners to source co-location and acquisition opportunities.

Proactively screen developer portfolios for projects that could accommodate LDES co-location.

Manage NDA processes, data room access, and ongoing communication with potential partners and sellers.

Coordinate with Antora’s business development team to align project acquisition strategy with the commercial pipeline and customer opportunities.

Partner with Engineering and Interconnection teams to assess project feasibility, interconnection viability, and LDES integration requirements.

Collaborate with Finance and Legal on deal structuring, project financing, and transaction execution.

Provide regular updates to leadership on pipeline status, deal progress, and market intelligence.

Build internal playbooks, templates (term sheets, diligence checklists, investment memo formats), and repeatable processes to support Antora’s scaling deal volume.

8+ years of experience in renewable energy space, with direct experience in project acquisition, M&A, or structured development partnerships.

Demonstrated experience structuring complex, multi-agreement deals in the renewable energy space.

Track record of successfully acquiring and/or developing utility-scale renewable energy and/or storage projects in MISO, SPP, or PJM.

Experience negotiating MIPAs, asset purchase agreements, co-development agreements, and related transaction documents.

Familiarity with interconnection mechanics and regulations, especially as they relate to storage projects.

Understanding of ISO/RTO capacity markets and how storage assets can participate in and optimize capacity revenues.

Ability to manage multiple projects and counterparty relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Strong communication skills with ability to distill complex deal structures into clear recommendations for leadership.

Direct experience with LDES or battery storage project development or integration of storage into renewable projects.

Background in project finance, infrastructure M&A, or tax equity structures.

Existing relationships with renewable developers, IPPs, or project owners in MISO, SPP, or PJM.

Experience working in early-stage or high-growth companies where processes are still being built.

Salary Range: $158,000 USD - $225,000 USD

Salary Basis: Annual
