The DTIS Nurture organization is building adaptive PlayStation experiences using reusable capabilities for personalization, merchandising, experimentation, and intelligent decisioning.
The Staff Software Engineer will help evolve Dynamic Experience Management so teams can create and optimize experiences without bespoke implementation for every client.
The role is a hands-on technical leadership position spanning console, web, mobile, and other PlayStation devices.
Responsibilities
- Define technical direction for the experiences SDK and translate the adaptive-experiences vision into production-ready architecture.
- Lead modernization of the PS5 Store experience runtime and migration from legacy rendering paths.
- Design the composition layer, TypeScript APIs, schemas, content adapters, component model, data bindings, and renderer contracts.
- Build reusable experience primitives supporting responsive layouts, personalization, experimentation, telemetry, accessibility, and localization.
