The role combines technical leadership with full-stack software development and product collaboration.

Improve performance, SEO, and engagement across high-traffic web shopping experiences.
Partner with product, SEO, and paid marketing teams on experiments and measurable business outcomes.
Drive initiatives involving performance, observability, scalability, security, and developer experience.
Support platform stability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.
Maintain code quality and lead modernization efforts, including AI tooling adoption.
Set technical direction, influence the engineering roadmap, and contribute to engineering best practices.
Mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, and conduct code reviews.
