Staff Software Engineer - Mobile

You're an experienced Android engineer who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to influence architecture, engineering practices and delivery outcomes. You enjoy working collaboratively, taking ownership and helping other engineers grow.

Experience in several of the following will set you up for success:

Deep Android development experience using Kotlin, the Android SDK and Jetpack Compose.

Strong knowledge of mobile architecture, including MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture and modular design.

Experience with dependency injection, object-oriented design, SOLID principles and established software design patterns.

Proven delivery of secure and reliable mobile applications, supported by automated testing, continuous delivery and production observability.

Experience integrating REST or GraphQL APIs and working with cloud services such as AWS.

Ability to lead technical decisions, constructively challenge existing approaches and build support for strategic engineering direction.

Experience mentoring engineers and improving capability, quality and engineering practices across teams.

Exposure to iOS, Swift, .NET, C#, microservices or regulated technology environments would be beneficial.
