Build and scale AI-powered tools for application development across UI, backend, and AI-driven engineering.
Improve developer experience, expand platform capabilities, and promote engineering excellence across the team.
What You Will Do
- Design and implement AI-powered application-development tools.
- Architect core web stacks covering authentication, event tracking, application platforms, and design systems.
- Drive architecture and engineering standards at team and division level.
- Build modular, scalable web applications and APIs.
- Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications on Kubernetes.
- Improve scalability, reliability, and deployment speed.
- Collaborate with product, machine learning, and engineering teams to improve developer experience.
- Integrate AI-powered tools, automation, and insights into engineering workflows and decisions.
- Expand product reach while maintaining high engineering quality.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience building scalable, high-quality applications.
- Expertise in Java, JavaScript, and React, Angular, or Lit.
- Hands-on proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, or similar tools in daily development.
