- Hands-on experience designing and shipping production LLM-based systems — agent orchestration, tool use, RAG pipelines, multi-step reasoning, or structured output generation

Strong software engineering fundamentals — clean API design, distributed systems patterns, async execution, fault tolerance, and observability
