Role Overview
Zscaler is seeking an experienced Staff Site Reliability Engineer for its SRE Cloud Infrastructure and Operations team.
The role reports to the Director of Site Reliability Engineering and focuses on architecting, scaling, and maintaining next-generation cloud infrastructure.
The position bridges development and operations to support highly available, secure, and resilient large-scale distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage advanced cloud-management automations.
- Oversee and optimize EKS and GKE containerized architectures.
- Create, deploy, and optimize scalable monitoring and alerting systems.
- Own cloud operations, deployments, on-call support, and incident management.
- Design and tune Linux- and BSD-based systems.
