About the Role
EvenUp is seeking a Staff Revenue Operations Manager to own the Salesforce platform and GTM systems ecosystem. You will define the systems roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and design scalable architecture to drive business efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Own the vision, architecture, and evolution of Salesforce platform and GTM systems ecosystem
- Treat Salesforce as an internal product by developing roadmaps and prioritizing competing requests
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable system solutions
- Design thoughtful, maintainable system architecture that minimizes operational overhead and reduces technical debt
- Evaluate when to build custom functionality within Salesforce versus leveraging third party or AI native solutions
- Lead solution design for complex business initiatives and partner with developers to deliver implementations
- Drive backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and execution across GTM Systems initiatives
- Establish best practices for automation, governance, data quality, and platform scalability
- Own and optimize the GTM technology stack including Salesforce and supporting Revenue Operations tools
- Build dashboards and reporting to improve visibility into system health and operational performance
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing, building, or leading Salesforce or GTM Systems solutions in high growth SaaS organizations
- Deep Salesforce expertise including hands on experience with Apex, Flows, automation, integrations, and platform architecture
- Strong systems design skills with a track record of building scalable, maintainable solutions
- Demonstrated product thinking with ability to prioritize competing requests and develop roadmaps
- Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams
- Proven ability to lead complex cross functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
- Experience mentoring Salesforce developers or serving as technical lead
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Curiosity about emerging AI technologies
- Strong communication skills

- Proven ability to lead complex cross functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
- Experience mentoring Salesforce developers or serving as a technical lead on systems initiatives.
- Excellent problem solving skills with focus on designing solutions for common workflows and edge cases.
- Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and experience evaluating how AI can improve internal operations.
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast paced, high growth environment.
