Role Overview
Xometry operates a digital marketplace connecting buyers with manufacturing capacity and resources.
The role leads long-term product vision, strategy, and execution for a key global platform.
The position also serves as a founding Product Manager for Xometry’s India Product Development and Technology team.
Product Leadership
- Define and own the multi-year strategic product vision and roadmap for the assigned domain.
- Translate business goals into actionable product plans and balance tactical and long-term initiatives.
- Lead market research, competitor analysis, and continuous user feedback.
- Influence C-level stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional partners.
- Establish best practices for roadmapping, feature rollout, and product governance.
Execution and AI
- Champion AI-enabled software development to improve development speed, engineering productivity, and software quality.
- Lead complex initiatives across multiple teams and manage cross-functional dependencies.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success and impact.
- Identify AI-driven opportunities using machine learning and advanced analytics.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Content teams on scalable solutions and experimentation.
India Product Development Center
- Act as a founding Product Manager for Xometry’s India Product Development and Technology team.
- Establish product practices, build cross-region trust, and help create a high-performing organization.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of progressive product management experience with significant strategic, principal, or director-level experience.
- Experience defining, launching, and scaling complex B2B enterprise software, marketplace, or high-scale operational products.
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools and a record of accelerating validated product changes.
- Strong strategic, analytical, quantitative, leadership, communication, and executive presence skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Desired Skills
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Understanding of digital marketplaces, B2B or e-commerce, supply chain technology, logistics tooling, or manufacturing processes.
- Experience with pricing, revenue or growth strategy, margin analytics, AI/ML product strategy, or experimentation frameworks.
