Staff Product Manager

What You'll Do

As a Staff Product Manager, you'll own the product vision and strategy for our data protection portfolio:

Define and execute product roadmaps that align with customer needs and market opportunities in data protection and business continuity

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

Engage directly with customers and partners to understand pain points, validate solutions, and drive product adoption

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify strategic opportunities

Champion customer-centric innovation by translating complex requirements into actionable product features

Drive business results through data-driven decision making, measuring product performance and customer satisfaction

Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of ownership, belonging, and high performance

Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in technology, business, or related field.

Product management, technical, or customer-facing experience in enterprise software or infrastructure.

Understanding of data management, cloud technologies, or storage concepts.

Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
