Staff Platform Engineer
- to help shape and scale the backend foundation of an AI-driven ecosystem operating at
- government scale

- This is a
- high-impact, staff-level IC role
- where you define architecture, set standards, and act as a force multiplier across engineering teams.
- What you’ll work on:
- Designing
- backend platform architecture
- (services, APIs, system boundaries)
- Building and scaling
- event-driven systems
(Kafka, Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs)
- Owning
- data infrastructure
- (PostgreSQL, pipelines, ETL, caching)
- Leading
- Kubernetes-based platform & CI/CD architecture
- Driving
- observability, SLOs, and reliability engineering
- Shaping
- Azure cloud infrastructure & platform security
