Role Overview
- Role: Registered Nurse (Staff Nurse)

- This opportunity is for experienced bedside nursing professionals to join a high performing ward team and deliver excellence in direct patient care.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive bedside nursing care: assess patients, administer medications, monitor and document vital signs, and implement prescribed treatment plans.
- Perform clinical procedures including IV cannulation, wound dressing, catheter care, and other bedside interventions per protocol.
- Document all care accurately and promptly in Electronic Medical Records and update nursing care plans and shift handovers.
- Recognise and escalate changes in patient condition; coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely interventions.
- Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety protocols, and medication safety standards to maintain clinical compliance.
- Provide patient and family education, support discharge planning, and mentor junior nursing staff during shifts.
