- Maintain accurate electronic patient records

Overview

- As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high quality, patient centred care in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualised care for medical patients.
- Assist the MDT with providing clear instructions to patients regarding treatment plans, medications, follow up care, and self management.
- Work collaboratively with all members of the MDT to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Recognise changes in patients' conditions and refer on/escalate as appropriate.
- Clearly present the patient's point of view, promoting and protecting their interest and dignity.
- Maintain accurate and thorough electronic patient records.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and effective communication.
- Adherence to established protocols and standards of care.
