About the Role
Tabeeb Care Medical Services in Doha seeks an experienced Staff Nurse II to provide direct nursing care, conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and support clinical operations.

Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, record vital signs and identify changes that require clinical attention
- Provide safe and appropriate nursing care according to treatment plans and clinical instructions
- Prepare and administer prescribed medications following dosage, identification and documentation requirements
- Perform approved nursing procedures such as wound care, specimen collection, intravenous therapy and patient monitoring
- Contribute to individual patient care plans and update nursing interventions based on the patient’s condition
- Observe patients for changes in symptoms, treatment response or overall condition and report concerns promptly
- Maintain complete and accurate nursing notes, medication records, care plans and patient observations
- Explain treatments, medications, discharge instructions and basic health management information to patients and families
- Respond appropriately to clinical emergencies and support resuscitation or urgent care procedures
- Follow infection prevention, hand hygiene, isolation and clinical waste disposal procedures
- Work closely with physicians, nurses and allied healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of patient care
- Guide junior nurses, nursing assistants and newly appointed team members during daily clinical activities
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or other recognised healthcare setting
- Bachelor degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognised educational institution
- Valid nursing licence or eligibility to obtain the professional licence required for clinical practice in Qatar
- Strong understanding of patient assessment, medication administration, infection control and nursing care procedures
- Ability to provide compassionate, respectful and culturally sensitive care
- Ability to recognise signs of patient deterioration and respond appropriately during urgent clinical situations
- Strong attention to detail when maintaining nursing records, medication charts and patient care information
- Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, support staff and other healthcare professionals
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to prioritise patient needs and manage several responsibilities
- Strong commitment to patient confidentiality, ethical practice and safe clinical care
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays and night schedules
