About the Team
The Agentic Engineering organization builds conversational AI experiences that turn enterprise intent into completed work.
The Agent Orchestration team owns the agent harness, orchestration runtime, multi-agent coordination, memory management, and production evaluation frameworks.
The role designs, builds, and operates production-grade agentic AI systems across the ServiceNow platform.
Core Focus Areas
- Design and ship multi-agent systems with orchestration, tool use, planning loops, memory, and failure recovery.
- Build agents grounded in ServiceNow data including CMDB, Workflow Data Fabric, and Knowledge Graph.
- Own observability, human-in-the-loop controls, and compliance infrastructure for safe autonomous systems.
- Develop RAG pipelines, hybrid search, reranking, and evaluation for accurate, low-latency retrieval.
- Integrate Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI models into the Sense, Decide, Act, and Govern architecture.
- Evaluate production trade-offs across model cost, latency, and capability.
- Provide engineering leadership through architecture decisions, code reviews, and coaching.
