What you’ll own
- Lead front-end architecture (React, TypeScript, Next.js) across mobile-web and desktop.
- Ship end-to-end features: implement design, API wiring (Node/GraphQL), CI/CD.
- Translate clinician workflows and complex lab data into crisp consumer UX.
- Set UI standards, component library, testing culture.
What we’re looking for
- 4-10 yrs product-engineering experience, 3+ yrs heavy React.
- Strong eye for design / motion; Figma-to-code fluency.
- Comfortable jumping down-stack (Postgres, Prisma, AWS).
- Start-up bias for action, code reviews over meetings.
- Bay-Area-based (2-3 days in SF office).
