About the Role
The Staff Firmware and Embedded Software Engineer provides technical leadership to global teams developing embedded control products.
The role leads embedded software Wi-Fi development and coordinates embedded controls with GUIs, cloud services, and mobile applications.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the embedded software engineering team and Wi-Fi development activities.
- Provide architectural documentation and guidance to technical teams, product owners, and leadership.
- Conduct cybersecurity reviews during product development and implementation.
- Define workflows, timelines, and deliverables for engineers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with hardware, mobile, and cloud teams to deliver end-to-end functionality.
- Lead the software lifecycle from project scope through product release and implementation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
