About the Role
Design and operate enterprise-scale storage and backup systems across hybrid environments, including Microsoft Azure.
Drive operational excellence through automation, infrastructure improvements, and technical leadership.
Act as a primary technical escalation point for performance and reliability issues affecting global services.
Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and optimize storage and backup platforms across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis for storage, backup, recovery, and performance issues.
- Execute deployments, upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
- Develop Python and PowerShell automation and operational tooling.
- Manage monitoring, reporting, capacity planning, and performance processes.
- Support high availability, disaster recovery, replication, and data protection solutions.
- Collaborate with cloud, virtualization, network, security, and application teams.
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and architectural standards.
