Role overview

Experience and qualifications

• Requires 6+ years of total experience and at least 5 years of relevant Oracle EBS experience.
• Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Functional candidates may be considered but will be assessed on the stated technical skills.

Oracle EBS and finance expertise

• Requires Oracle EBS Financials expertise across GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and SLA.
• Requires understanding of accounting processes, reconciliation, period close, and financial reporting.
• Requires experience with RICEW, SQL, PL/SQL, database objects, and Oracle database performance tuning.

Development and integration skills

• Requires Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI/XML Publisher, Oracle Workflow Builder, and OAF experience.
• Requires experience with Oracle APIs, Web Services, interface tables, FNDLOAD, SQL*Loader, and Unix/Linux shell scripting.
• Requires experience developing PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, views, reports, and document templates.

Consulting and delivery skills

• Requires business-user collaboration, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, documentation, and AIM/OUM methodology experience.
• Requires analytical, problem-solving, root-cause analysis, written communication, verbal communication, and ownership skills.
• The role requires independent work and management of multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Core responsibilities

• Provide Oracle EBS Financials incident, enhancement, production, and period-close support.
• Lead requirements workshops, prepare documentation, and support CRP, UAT, system testing, and end-user training.
• Design, develop, customize, and maintain RICEW components, database solutions, reports, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, perform performance tuning, and implement corrective solutions.
• Support upgrades, patches, deployments, integrations, documentation, process improvements, and knowledge sharing.

• The stated shift is 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST.
