Staff Engineer II

Support the planning, design, and delivery of roadway, highway, and intersection improvement projects

Assist in preparing roadway plans, specifications, and technical reports

Support storm sewer, culvert, and drainage infrastructure design for transportation projects

Conduct field investigations and support construction-phase activities

Communicate with project teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies

Collaborate with engineers across multiple disciplines to deliver successful projects

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university

Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) certification

3+ years of civil engineering experience with roadway experience preferred

Experience in OpenRoads Designer and 3D modeling for transportation projects

Strong communication and collaboration skills

A desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities
