Staff Engineer

Weaver Consultants Group is looking for upcoming, or recent Civil or Environmental Engineering graduates to join our flourishing Fort Worth, Texas office!

As an engineer with Weaver Consultants Group, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplined team with opportunities to substantively contribute to a broad variety of projects.

We are seeking independent and highly self-motivated engineers to join our team!

• Bachelors or Masters in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• EIT certification or have the ability to obtain certification within 1 year.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Exhibits strong motivation and commitment to achieving goals.
• Clear sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlines.
• Ability to apply technical skills to meeting project demands and solve problems for our clients.
• Ability to read and interpret local, state, and federal regulations.
• Attention to details and ability to contribute to a positive work environment.
• Ability to balance workloads and schedules for multiple projects concurrently.
• Works well as an independent but accountable team member.
• Ability to recognize opportunities to develop new projects.
• Ability to excel and adapt in a fast-paced, client service-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and exposure to AutoCAD, Civil 3D preferred.
