Role overview
Lean Technologies is building financial data infrastructure for the MENA region in a regulated and security-sensitive environment.
The Staff DevOps and Site Reliability Engineer will own infrastructure architecture, reliability strategy, and scalability across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
The role defines how infrastructure is built, operated, and scaled across the company.
Responsibilities
- Define infrastructure architecture strategy across GCP, OCI, and on-premises environments.
- Design and evolve Kubernetes platforms for multi-region scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency.
- Establish infrastructure-as-code and GitOps standards across environments.
- Build observability systems for metrics, logging, and tracing.
- Drive SLA, SLO, and error-budget performance.
- Improve incident management through postmortems and systemic fixes.
- Automate provisioning, scaling, patching, and operations.
- Champion security, compliance, and reliability best practices.
- Improve developer experience and platform usability with engineering teams.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across infrastructure domains.
