Role Overview
The Senior Workforce Data Analyst builds and strengthens workforce analytics through data models, tools, systems, and processes.
The role creates reliable and scalable datasets from current and legacy HCM and organizational data sources.
The analyst partners with HR, Payroll Systems, IT, and business teams to improve workforce data quality, security, and accessibility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain workforce data structures, models, and processes for HR reporting, dashboards, analytics, and organizational metrics.
- Transform data from HCM, payroll, workforce management, recruiting, compensation, and other sources into analytics-ready datasets.
- Build scalable data and automation solutions with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and related tools.
- Translate business requirements into data models, governed datasets, repeatable processes, and automated solutions.
- Validate and reconcile workforce data, investigate discrepancies, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Support data governance through definitions, mappings, lineage, documentation, access controls, privacy, and security.
- Improve reporting and data-management processes and integrate new sources across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and other functions.
- Support HCM implementations, integrations, conversions, and historical workforce data initiatives.
