• · This is a FULLY ONSITE position; must be able to report onsite daily.
• · Available to work overtime as needed, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
• · Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with multiple languages spoken.
• · Strong leadership and employee development skills.
• · Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• · Effective problem-solving ability with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• · Well organized, detail oriented, and able to prioritize tasks and manage changing operational needs.
• · Knowledge of electronics or high-volume manufacturing preferred.
• · Computer literate in a Windows environment, including Microsoft Office and warehouse/ERP systems.

Physical Requirements

• · Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• · Ability to safely operate powered industrial vehicles and distinguish between colors.
• · Ability to bend, stoop, stand/sit for prolonged periods, move about production and warehouse facilities.
