Sr. Waiter/Waitress

· Greet guests, assist with seating, present menus, and provide detailed explanations of dishes and specials.

· Take accurate food and beverage orders, enter them into the system, and relay them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff.

· Ensure tables are set correctly, manage dining area cleanliness, and promptly clear used dishes to maintain a welcoming environment.

· Train, mentor, and supervise junior staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure the team adheres to service standards and protocols.

· Utilize suggestive selling techniques to promote specials, signature dishes, and beverages to enhance revenue and guest experience.

· Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and find solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.

· Prepare bills and collect payments, assist with reservations and seating arrangements, and conduct inventory checks for supplies.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.

· A strong focus on detail in order taking, service delivery, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

· Ability to resolve guest issues and complaints effectively.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
