Responsibilities
- Train junior waiters and food runners on standard operating procedures (SOPs), service etiquette, and table setups.
- Ensuring service stations are fully stocked and the dining room is perfectly organized before guests arrive.
- Manage floor placing and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain seamless timing between meal courses.
- Resolve guest questions promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Restaurant Manager only when necessary.
Pay
- Up to AED 2,500.00 per month
