Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (preferably in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field); experience will be considered on a year-for-year basis in lieu of formal education.
Relevant professional experience, specifically the performance of advanced technical writing, editing, and coordination functions in support of a government agency.
Advanced certifications from the Society for Technical Communication (STC), such as Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC), are highly valued but not required.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be eligible for and able to obtain and maintain required security clearance/access approvals.
