- Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, particularly those specializing in AWS integrations
- Drive Automation/AI solutions through a sprint mechanism to produce savings in hours or cost
- Deliver Annual roadmap for complex projects that solves important challenges
- Build AI/Automation capabilities to increase the base of the core team support and scale the program deliverables
- Maintain program dashboard and P0
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Proven track record of leading and implementing complex automation projects
- Experience with AWS cloud computing platform and its core services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda)
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities

- Experience with AWS AI/ML services (e.g., Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Comprehend, Amazon Rekognition).
- AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty).

- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications (Detailed)
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
