Key job responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional program execution by coordinating with product, engineering, accounting, and finance stakeholders to deliver financial systems that meet technical requirements and business objectives
• Drive metrics-based decision making by collecting, analyzing, and communicating data that informs project direction and helps teams prioritize work
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment by conducting regular communication with leadership at director and VP levels, ensuring transparency around project status, risks, and key performance indicators
• Balance competing priorities by managing the tension between long-term product vision and immediate business needs, advocating for an incremental approach that delivers value consistently
• Articulate technical strategy by translating complex technology choices and architectural decisions for diverse audiences, building shared understanding across technical and non-technical stakeholders
