Job Overview The Senior Technical Product Manager, HCM Integrations is responsible for providing technical expertise to define requirements for investments in new technology stack components and/or architectural designs, and new product investment areas.
As part of this process the Senior Technical Product Manager will serve as the HCM Integration Subject Matter export and provide detailed designs for building standard integrations with our HCM partners.
This is also a good fit for an Integration Architect or ERP Integration Consultant.
We are building best of breed HCM integrations framework between iCIMS ATS system and Workday, Successfactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, ADP, etc.

Work with your peer engineering leaders to achieve high performance teams that balance innovation, supportability and reliability. Continue to extend vision, strategy, and roadmap. Analyze product business and operational performance, competitiveness, and trends in the marketplace and develops technology strategies based on research and analysis Determine where technology investments are required to extend, enehance or develop new product offerings Liaises with HCM Partners and Customer integration teams to clearly communicate business objectives and requirements for the assigned product Create and analyze KPI’s to measure impact of delivered technology improvements Articulate value and prioritization rationale (of varying technical levels) across the organization, clients and developer community, to those with technology experience ranging from the occasional user to the principal architect to the C-Suite Work hands-on with development, Test Engineer, designers, business, marketing and operations teams to successfully design, build, and deploy technology improvements Works cross-functionally across the organization to identify opportunities for process improvement associated with implementation and support Be a deep expert in the target market, understanding and communicating the competitive landscape and the problems experienced by the target personas.

Compensation and Benefits The target total compensation for this role is $92,600 - $123,500 Your estimated compensation will be based upon your experience. iCIMS offers the following benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), an open vacation policy, sick days, short-term disability, long-term disability, maternity/bonding and parental leave, tuition reimbursement, flexible savings accounts, paid holidays, life and AD&D insurance.
