Job Summary
PracticeSuite is seeking an experienced technical writer to create, edit, and maintain technical documentation.
The role covers user manuals, technical specifications, user guides, API references, FAQs, release notes, and related materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather technical information and user needs.
- Create and maintain accurate, complete, and current technical documentation.
- Present complex technical information in a clear, concise, and user-friendly format.
- Manage documentation version control and distribution.
- Improve documentation based on user feedback, analytics, and product updates.
- Align content with the style guide, tone of voice, and accessibility standards.
- Contribute to documentation standards, best practices, and knowledge of industry trends.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2–7 years of technical writing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English.
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with documentation tools such as Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
