Role overview
Airswift is sourcing a Senior System Engineer focused on data science and data analysis using Power BI.
The role is a residential contract based in Qatar.
The position requires development of Microsoft Power Platform solutions for business users.
Qualifications and experience
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or information systems is required.
- At least 8 years of experience is required, including at least 3 years developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Experience with application design, data modeling, business process automation, licensing optimization, and database design is required.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.
- Azure, SharePoint, and Office 365 experience is a plus.
Primary duties and responsibilities
- Develop custom business applications with Power Apps for diverse departmental needs.
- Build Power Automate workflows to improve efficiency and eliminate manual work.
- Create Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
- Store and manage application data securely with Dataverse and other databases.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and define solution success metrics.
