Position Summary
SSFM International, Inc. is seeking an experienced and licensed Senior Structural Engineer to join our growing team in Hawaii. In this key leadership role, you will oversee complex structural engineering projects, mentor junior staff, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead the design, analysis, and review of structural systems for a wide range of projects, including buildings, bridges, and other civil structures.
- Technical Excellence: Prepare and review calculations, plans, specifications, and reports; ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and technical support to junior engineers and project teams; foster a collaborative and inclusive working environment.
