Full Job Posting

Develop civil site drawings and construction documents, primarily using AutoCAD Civil 3D with coordination with engineering. This includes grading, drainage, utility, roadway, geotechnical data, erosion and sediment control, and site layout plans.
Develop initial site plans, including developing existing conditions surfaces from multiple input sources (e.g., bathymetry, surveys, GIS, etc.)
Revise and update drawings based on internal feedback, engineering markups, and field conditions.
Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with development of exhibits and figures in support of construction and permit applications.
Coordinate drawing revisions with engineering, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain consistent and accurate design documentation.
Ensure all designs adhere to applicable codes, standards, and company guidelines
Experience in civil site development
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
Proficient in US National CAD Standards
Solid understanding of drafting principles, construction drawings, and design coordination
Ability to interpret engineering plans, specifications, and technical documents
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Experience in hydroelectric, power generation, or industrial projects
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Design, Engineering Technology, or a related field
Experience working in a fast-paced, project-based environment
