Join Ford's Global Digital Strategy team to help shape the future of Ford.com and our digital customer experience.

You'll research consumer trends, competitive benchmarks, and emerging tech to build insights that guide a customer-first digital roadmap.

Day to day, you'll support strategic planning, distill data into clear recommendations, and help answer big-picture questions about where the automotive digital marketing landscape is headed.

We are looking for a curious and scrappy problem-solver with initiative, attention to detail and who wants to assist in developing a POV on, “what’s next?”.

The Global Digital Strategy team works across Global Digital customer-centric product teams delivering on Ford.com, along with other cross-functional teams at Ford.

We perform customer trends assessments, competitive benchmarking & environmental scans, and emerging technology evaluations all to inform & underpin a customer-first roadmap to deliver an always-on digital experience.

As a Senior Analyst of Global Digital Strategy, you will assist the team in researching & compiling insights into impactful and innovative strategies which will be used by digital product teams to build a best-in-class online customer experience.

Based in Dearborn, MI, this is a hybrid position with a required four-day onsite presence each week
