Role Overview
MSD is seeking a Senior Specialist, Software Engineering to work as a full-stack engineer in its Hyderabad technology center.
The role focuses on secure, efficient, and reliable software systems that support business needs and global healthcare operations.
The engineer will collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams and regularly mentor peers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex applications and software configurations with global cross-functional teams.
- Create designs for full-stack applications and components spanning front end, back end, APIs, and data storage.
- Use Git, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and monitoring or observability to automate delivery.
- Build and integrate user interfaces, APIs, and data solutions.
- Refine requirements, apply software lifecycle practices, and contribute to microservices development.
- Evaluate architecture alternatives and their cost, performance, and scalability trade-offs.
- Mentor colleagues, solve complex technical problems, and define reusable engineering standards.
- Plan and release solutions in an Agile setup within a global matrix organization.
