About the Role
REMAYA seeks a Senior Specialist Business Development to identify and develop new commercial opportunities in the UAE, build customer relationships, and support delivery of range services to defense and commercial clients.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Head of Business Development to manage and expand UAE customer portfolio, developing new clients and strengthening existing relationships
- Contribute to monthly and annual order intake targets by securing UAE sales
- Collaborate with Bidding and Commercial teams to create competitive, customer focused proposals for bespoke defense and commercial projects
- Proactively market XRANGE to new customer segments across the UAE, supporting marketing campaigns and representing REMAYA at industry events
- Develop and maintain a credible CRM sales pipeline, tracking progress against order intake commitments and forecasts
- Support Go To Market Strategy review, customer planning cycles, and sales forecasting
- Prepare monthly business development reports, sales performance updates, and XRANGE customer utilization insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within defense, aerospace, or government contracting sectors in the UAE
- Proven success in identifying, developing, and closing high value opportunities within complex stakeholder environments
- Strong understanding of UAE defense ecosystem, procurement channels, and customer engagement practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite

Role Summary
- The Senior Specialist – Business Development will identify and develop new commercial opportunities within the UAE, build lasting customer relationships, and support delivery of range services to defense and commercial clients.

Experience & Qualifications

- Proven success in identifying, developing, and closing high value opportunities.
- Strong understanding of UAE defense ecosystem and procurement channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite; experience with EDGE systems is an advantage.
