Sr. Solutions Consultant, Education

5+ years in a presales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role within SaaS, fintech, or nonprofit technology.

Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, data integration, data mapping, and technical scoping.

Proven experience working with enterprise customers carrying large ARR.

Track record of translating customer requirements into compelling technical solutions and communicating their value.

Direct experience with CRM, payment, and marketing automation integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, PayPal, Zapier).

Working knowledge of compliance frameworks (GDPR, PCI DSS) and data security and privacy best practices.

Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills across technical and executive audiences.

Bachelor's degree.

Experience in the nonprofit sector or with fundraising technology.

Background delivering technical workshops, training sessions, or product enablement.

Track record supporting successful SaaS sales cycles in high-growth environments.

Experience with website conversion A/B testing.

Treat objections as puzzles to solve, not obstacles to route around.

Can translate a complex integration question into a one-sentence answer a CFO would trust.

Take ownership of the technical outcome of a deal, not just the questions you were asked.

Bring curiosity to every discovery call and leave with better questions than you started with.

Collaborate candidly with Sales, Product, and Solution Architecture, even when the feedback is not what they want to hear.

Stay energized by fast-moving, high-growth sales cycles rather than slowed down by them.

Approach cross-functional work as a low-ego team sport.

Have the grit to prep for several different stakeholder audiences in the same week.

The compensation range for this role is $190k - $212k OTE

Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role's requirements and location.
