Key job responsibilities

• Ensure success in building and migrating applications, software, and services on AWS.
• Architect AI/ML and Generative AI solutions on AWS.
• Partner with account management to formulate and execute customer strategies.
• Educate customers on AWS value and participate in deep architectural discussions for successful cloud deployment.
• Conduct one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions for current and prospective AWS customers.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge within the AWS solutions architect community.
• Author or contribute to AWS customer-facing publications, including whitepapers.
• Build relationships with senior technical customer stakeholders to enable cloud advocacy.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support.

Day-to-day activities

• Review customer requirements and technical challenges to identify complex cloud and AI architecture opportunities.
• Develop proofs of concept showing how cloud solutions can transform business processes.
• Influence service leadership and product marketing on customer needs, roadmap priorities, and go-to-market messaging.
• Learn continuously about new AWS service capabilities.
• Create field enablement materials and share knowledge with the technical community.
