Sr Software Performance Engineer

Collaborate with R&D, Consulting, Sales, and Pre-sales to define customer-like benchmark scenarios for small, medium, and large environments.

Translate project objectives (test cases, data samples, user personas, proper execution methods, etc.) into structured project plans, including deliverables, and timelines.

Execute benchmarks using technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration; analyze results and refine testing strategies to ensure accuracy and repeatability.

Author performance briefs, best practices, and white papers using internal/external tools; support sales with performance insights.

Proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks; maintain schedule alignment with stakeholders.

Support team success by reviewing peer work, sharing feedback, and fostering collaboration.
