Role Overview
Develop and deliver software features for internal applications used by Treasury, Financial Services, and Tax teams.
Work independently, contribute to the immediate team and other teams, and participate in design discussions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement backend and frontend software using existing utility and tool frameworks.
- Optimize application performance through code enhancements and architectural improvements.
- Analyze bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve application responsiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship features.
- Write maintainable code and troubleshoot issues affecting performance and user experience.
- Use AI tools to assist with code development where appropriate.
- Own small and medium-sized tasks while mentoring and helping team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of relevant software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Angular, Node.js, and React.
- Strong understanding of Java and its ecosystem.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
- Experience with microservices, Java 8 or later, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, and API Gateway.
