Role Overview
Develop and deliver product features for internal applications used by Treasury, FS, and Tax teams.
Work independently while contributing to the immediate team and other teams across the business.
Contribute to software design discussions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement backend and frontend software using existing utility and tool frameworks.
- Optimize application performance through code enhancements and architectural improvements.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and implement application optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to support performance and user experience.
- Stay updated on web development technologies and best practices, including AI-assisted coding.
- Take ownership of tasks, deliver against commitments, and mentor team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of relevant software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Angular, Node.js, and React.
