Over the past two years, Fast Group has quadrupled in size. With international partners routing their ecommerce deliveries through our network and new parcel sortation facilities launching across the U.S., the next phase of growth is even more explosive.

We’re currently approaching $200 million in annual revenue, with aggressive targets to reach $500 million in the next 3–4 years—and ultimately become a billion-dollar organization within the next decade.

To support this scale, we’re investing heavily in technology. Our engineering team is building a highly scalable platform using microservices architecture, Kubernetes, Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ, and Azure-native cloud services. Over the coming years, we’ll be diving deep into warehouse automation, AI, ML, IoT, and advanced data technologies.

Our primary engineering hub in Bengaluru, India is central to our vision. Since launching our wholly owned subsidiary there in June 2022, the team has become fully operational—and we’re committed to long-term growth, talent development, and leadership investment in the region.

At Fast Group, we’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with strong experience in both PHP and C#. You’ll build and maintain robust applications and services—front-end and back-end—that power our client-facing platforms. You’ll collaborate across teams to design scalable systems and deliver high-quality solutions.
