The Senior Professional, Software Engineering designs, develops, and maintains software applications and systems.
The role works with minimal supervision to deliver features, upgrade applications, and resolve complex technical issues.
Key Accountabilities
- Design and develop clean, maintainable, and efficient software solutions.
- Automate application deployment using internal platforms, methodologies, and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver software features.
- Write unit and integration tests and debug application issues.
- Improve development and deployment processes for efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain documentation for applications, deployments, and system configurations.
- Provide technical support for deployed applications to reduce downtime.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience, typically reflecting 5 or more years.
- Experience building and scaling full-stack applications with React and TypeScript, plus Java and Spring Boot and/or Python.
- Preferred experience includes AI solutions, AI development tools, PostgreSQL, CI/CD, cloud-native platforms, Git, and modern security practices.
Workplace
- The position requires onsite, hybrid presence at the Wayzata, Minnesota Office Center.
Compensation
- The expected salary range is $115,000 to $155,000.
- The position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award.
