Opportunity Overview
Clari and Salesloft are building an AI-driven Predictive Revenue System for enterprise revenue teams.
The senior software engineer will help develop cloud-based, AI-driven, enterprise-grade applications.
The role is part of a high-performing engineering team focused on revenue intelligence products.
Core Responsibilities
- Architect multi-agent AI systems, large-scale RAG pipelines, and production LLM infrastructure.
- Own critical AI features from conception through implementation and production rollout.
- Set technical direction and establish patterns, frameworks, and best practices for AI platform components.
- Build large-scale data pipelines, manage embeddings, and optimize production systems for performance, cost, latency, and reliability.
- Mentor SDE-II and junior engineers through reviews, design discussions, and pairing.
- Lead AI evaluation and safety initiatives, including evaluation frameworks and guardrails.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on product roadmap and technical strategy.
