Sr. Software Engineer - ANH

Role Purpose

Key Accountabilities

• Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and scalable software code.
• Lead deployment automation using internal platforms, methodologies, and tools.
• Gather complex requirements and deliver solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Write unit and integration tests and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Improve software development and deployment processes, efficiency, and reliability.
• Maintain documentation for applications, deployment processes, and system configurations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed applications.

Required Qualifications

• At least four years of relevant work experience.
• Backend software development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Frontend experience with TypeScript and React, including custom hooks and reusable components.
• Experience using MUI or a similar component library for forms and data grids.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and integrating REST APIs and calling third-party systems.
• Experience with Spring Data JPA and dynamic queries over large datasets.
• Hands-on PostgreSQL experience, including data model design.
• Experience with Spring Batch, Kafka, SQS, SAP integration, or AI-driven solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD, modern DevOps practices, and Git-based workflows.

Workplace

• The position requires onsite (hybrid) presence at the Wayzata, Minnesota office center.

Compensation

• The expected salary range is $140,000 to $160,000.
• The position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award based on company and individual performance.
