Brookfield Residential is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a 3-to-6-month contract.

The role supports enterprise software, automation, integration, and AI-enabled solution initiatives.

The position combines solution design, hands-on development, delivery support, governance, and continuity support.

Serve as the senior Software Engineer and technical lead for ongoing engineering initiatives.
Translate business requirements into solutions across Copilot Studio, Azure Web Apps, Power Automate, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI, and Power Platform.
Recommend architecture, development patterns, security considerations, and integration approaches.
Support production solutions through development, troubleshooting, optimization, and support.
Provide feasibility, guardrail, and integration input to leadership and IT collaborators.
Guide Citizen Development users on secure and scalable Power Platform and Copilot solutions.
Support M365 Copilot pilots, early adopters, deployment questions, licensing, and custom extensions.
Advise on Power Platform and Azure integration workflows, including Dataverse, Power Apps, Logic Apps, Key Vault, and Application Insights.
Maintain documentation, solution diagrams, architecture artifacts, runbooks, and design-decision records.
Complete knowledge transfer and handoff to internal owners before contract completion.
